Still no license plates

After buying my car almost 2 months ago. i am still waiting for a number plate and license disk... i paid r3500 for license and registration and was promised to have it sent to me today. but nothing has been done. i keep on getting empty promises from the supplier. my cars temp plate has expired for the second time already. no use having a car but cant drive it around...
