After having my rental fetched from my premises on the 14th May 2013. I realized I had left keys in the glove compartment. I phoned AVIS Bedfordview a few days later. The gentleman told me manager would phone me back never did. I eventually came into the branch. They couldn't find the car. They told me they would get back to me. Never did. I tried to phone them back always a different reason why my calls are not being returned. Only yesterday did I manage to speak to Vanessa who informed me the car is now at the airport. I phoned the airport 3 times and I am yet to speak to the so called Musi that is meant to be able to help me!!! This is shocking seriously! I just want my keys back please tell me this is not how you treat all your customers?
