Hi there. I have recently visited the re vamped store at Gateway and thought with change like that so will the waitress and order taking. I went with my best friend and her family as we enjoyed our meals and service the previous time we where there. However on this specific day the waitress just kept messing up the orders. We ordered the surf and turf, the fish and the 10 prawns with rice and lemon butter. Surf n Turk steak was supposed to be well done and came to us rare then the sauce on the prawns was wrong garlic butter instead of lemon butter and further to that it was cold. It took about 15 minutes the sauce again and still the wrong one. No one came back to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything. I mean hello the steak was done incorrectly. Not willing to go back for that again. Adam is an excellent manager - Well done pity he wasn't around to assist
