I made the unfortunate decision of choosing to eat at milky lane in chatsworth centre. I chose to order a bar one peppermint aero whizzer. Upon receiving the ice cream, I noticed that it did not have the aero pieces of chocolate as indicated in the picture on the menu. I then called the waitress who then called the manager. The manager approached us in a rude manner and said "what's the problem". When I explained the problem, he rudely took the ice cream from my hand without saying a word. He returned with the ice cream which now had the chocolate pieces and left it on the table and walked away without apologising for the inconvenience. He seemed upset that we complained. He then did not come back to us to ascertain if we were happy with the product. It's obvious that the owner has not taught his staff proper skills to deal with customers. I then laid a complaint with milky lane only to receive a call from the owner of the shop only to be told that he cannot control his staff members and how they behave, which is utter nonsense!
