Debonairs Pizza
Sick and Tired of Debonairs in Secunda

So it's Friday evening, I live in a commune and we decide to order Debonairs, for delivery.
I place my order at 7pm, no problems.
Until the lady on the other end told me it would take 60 to 80 minutes???!
What the?!
Anyway I accept it, 20h30 ticks by. I phone and ask what the problem is? " No the driver is on his way" - please be advised that the Debonairs is like five minutes away.
21h00 passed by, he only then arrived.
Which means they forgot about the order and did not make it.
It also indicates they to me. Just be honest ffs.
Which seems to happen to me very often.
I've been there only 4 times this years, at the outlet.
and 3 of those 4 times they did not make my order.
Can't actually complain about service delivery since there is none.
In those 3 to 4 times I've been there and did complain about the service; attitude was given to me as well, as if I'm at fault.
It would please me deeply if they closed that branch.
