I want to lodge a complaint against the McDonalds in Lambton, Germiston.
On numerous occasions now have our orders been wrong, the staff take your order when going inside to give to other orders that was taken especially the drive through orders. The food itself are made in a sloppy manner, the meat is either hanging out the side or the bun isn't even places properly on it. The fries are old or oily and just doesn't taste good at all. The staff at the drive through window are rude, they don't listen to when a customer speaks, and you are still placing the order then suddenly they say okay go to the next window and then last night when we wanted to get something they advise us that sorry they are only accepting cash their system is closed, now this is a supposed to be 24hour service, they should accept all types of payment. If their debit/credit card machine was down then they should have put a sigh at the ordering point stating so, but now they let you order then drive up and only then advise you.
