At McDonalds in Protea Glen lights were dimmed when we arrived and made us assume that it is closed. When we got closer we saw McDonalds staff moving around inside. The window where you order was closed. We continued to the "Pay Here" window that"s when the lady told us to wait 30minutes if we want to order. We asked for management and suddenly system came back up. Food was ready in less than a minute. But the manager said nothing to us. He ignored us when we tried to speak to him. He made us feel undermined.
