On the 6th of April 2013, I went to the Standard Bank Wonderpark Branch to make a cash withdrawal from the ATM outside the branch. At exactly 08:35 am whilst i was busy with the withdrawal request on the machine, the ATM froze and not even a cent came out of the machine even though the transaction went off on my cellphone. The admitted that their machine had a problem and that it will reboot and all my money will reflect in my account, the money has not reflected in my account to date. The stupid bank has not given me any feedback or advised on the way forward. i feel my constitutional right has been violated and well as my consumer rights. is the anyway i can sue the bank for and as well as emotional damage.
