This morning I received the most appalling phone call from a member of Hi Finance's legal/collections department. Not only did she call with an extremely hostile attitude but she had her facts completely wrong.
I have two accounts with Incredible Connection and the first of which was paid of in November last year, their extremely efficient admin department cancelled the debit order for that (well done) and in the process they cancelled the debit order for the second one. Recently they notified me of this error and arrangements were made to repay the amount that was in arreas due to the mistake.
After the disturbing phone call on which I got screamed at by this woman, I called Hi Finance only to discover that the arrangements that were put in place had not been updated on their system and that my payment had not reflected.
An apology is in order from both the woman I had the misfortune of speaking to today and the at their admin department.
