I am the member with Momentum multiply, Membership no:902639351, I joined the membership in January and now want cancel.
I called this morning to cancel my membership, with immediate effect, with refund for a deduction that went off on the 20/03/2013, 2 days later they tell me they can't do a refund because it is their rule, they don't to refunds and you need to place a 1 month notice.
Today I'm cancelling the policy, but I get told they can't refund me and the membership will be cancelled effective 31/03/2013.
As far as I understand and member cannot enjoy the cover before the premium gets paid and this is a month to month policy and if i need to give a month notice, clearly I should enjoy cover till the 20/04/2013.
Can somebody please look into this matter, as according to FAIS Law and customer is entitled to request a refund if needed..
