So i get a call from FNB to upgrade my gold cheque account to a platinum cheque account, i requested the new card to be sent to the middelburg mall branch. So i get to the branch to collect and walk to the "collections" counter and theres nobody to help me, after about 10 minutes a lady comes to me and asks what i need so i say im here to collect my card and then she rudely tells me theres nobody here to help i need to go stand at the back of the "consultants" queue wich has like 20 people waiting in it to speak to consultants. I feel this is insane to make me wait 40minutes in a queue just to collect my card, the people in the consultants queue are there for other reasons that take long. I just feel management at this branch is bad and inefficient.
