Due to unforeseen circumstances I could't pay my capitec loan acc. So Wednesday we had a family emergency so I had to take out a loan. On Friday afternoon the loan paid out, before I had a change to draw the money, Capitec took everything, not leaving a cent. So I phoned the client care center and spoke to Migan Ref:7329045 to ask if it would be possible to reverse the debit orders and make arrangements for this months payment and she said yes it can be reverse, I just need to go into a branch and make arrangement and then they would be able to reverse it. I asked her a few times in our conversation and the confirmed. So Saturday me and my husband went into the Germiston President Str branch only to find out they don't want to reverse it because I did not have an arrangement in place. So they phoned the CS and I explained my story again, so Chris in legal said he will do a investigation and come back to me. Branch Manager at Germiston also eased us that they will phone me on Sat. On Sunday I phoned the CS again, trying to findout what is going on and there was no record of Saturday Dimakatso Ref 7343082. It's Monday and no response. Tried to get hold of Chris this morning with no luck
