Miles not reflecting Credit Card statement

I signed up for SAA Voyager Credit Card in November 2012 and my first transaction was on the 26th. From the 26th of November till the 13 February 2013 my SAA Voyager credit card statements reflect R 100 108 in transactions. When I log into my Voyager account I only have 3555 miles. I only have a small portion of my transactions reflecting. How is this possible. I have spent the last two weeks on the phone with Nedbank trying to get this fixed yet to no avail. No one is able to help me. This is outrageous. Surely someone can fix this? I have been given three different reference numbers since I have been trying desperately to fix this. Here are two of them:

For VISA you earn 1 mile for every R 11.50 spent and AMEX 1 mile for every R 6.50 so lets assume all my transactions were made on the VISA (which is not the case) simple Math tells me that R 100 108 / 11.5 = 8705 miles. So that should be my balance at a minimum.
