Subject: Cancellation of FNB Policy

Please take this email as written notice of my intention to cancel all my policies with FNB Insurance Brokers.

I realise 1 months' notice means the last debit order payment will go off 1st March 2013 and the last day of cover with FNB Insurance Brokers will be the 31 March 2013.

Please respond to this email and confirm this in writing.

My reason for cancellation is poor service levels.
