I went into Sandridge Service Centre on Sat&tried to update my OTP internet banking cell number, as I had 3 failed attempts to internet banking and was locked out&tried to reset my password. My OTP number was sent to my old cell number which was deactivated. I have been into the branch /_a year ago&requested this&only my profile was updated& not my internetbanking. After being told to stand in the queires que, i got to the front desk after 45 min & was told by the lady that she could not help me&I must go to theservice consultant. I waited another 30 min with her & she told me to try 2-3hours & it would be updated. I tried on Sun&today & received no OPT number on my cell. I contacted the contact centre who said internet banking was not updated&i must contact branch which i did. Matshediso Maphumulo tried unsucessfully to help me&now when i try to reset i get error"You are not registered for the one-time password service.." I was told by Matshediso that i must return to bank & swipe my card to reset. I am not prepared to this as I spent alot of time in the bank on Sat &my card was swiped twice by the consultant. I will be closing my account &moving to FNB.This is not the 1st time.
