Absolute Ripoff with attitude

After 25 years of banking with one bank, looks like it might be time to test the waters.
Stop payment placed on 2 debit orders which were stopped in December at a charge of R5 each... great.
Supplier ran the debit orders again in January and FNB instead of blocking them again, bounced them as insufficient funds with a charge of R135 each.
I then phone helpdesk to get, sir it is the way it is and we have so many new accounts daily, we are not willing to negotiate anything, have a good day... click
Really... First ever complaint about who I have always regarded as a topnotch bank.
This... has seriously made up my mind of keeping options open to move banks.
