I spoke to Phil Moropa from premier banking on Monday morning, with regards to a limit increase. he offered me 44k but I told him 5k increase will be sufficient. he told me that I need to sign a contract and send it directly back to him, he will make sure that the increase is done within 24 hours. I waited two hours and no contract came through. I called again spoke to a lady, she then emailed the contract, I signed it and sent it back. I called phil and explained to him that I sent the contract. till today I didn't get my facility increased, I called premier, they couldn't help. they put me through to fast applications. they said its the wrong department and put me through to limits. I spoke to Wesley, he told be that the limit cannot be increased due to documents missing. I asked to speak to a manager, I spoke to Shivaan. he told there is nothing that he could do. he will need to speak to phil. I then called phil. he was busy, I held on for 40 minutes before phil came on the line. (I have proof of the 40 minute holding). phil told me it will be increased by Monday. he still didn't tell me that I needed to send documents. poor service from FNB
