I was contacted by CCD Couriers last week and told me that they needed to collect a copy of my ID and proof of address for FNB for FICA.
They organised with me to collect last Friday at 3pm. Waited all afternoon and they never showed.
Saturday morning a lady phoned and said it had to be weekdays between 8 and 4. We organised for today between 9 and 11.
They finally came now.
The car was not marked CCD Couriers, although the guy did have a CCD shirt on.
How do I know this was legit, and not someone random that has just my information?
And why did the bank itself never notify my that they needed this?
