I phoned up Home loans the other day to arrange to stop the debit order because the loan was going to be closed. They told me they could not do this, but they could move it to the 25th. Well once again they say they will do it but just don't. The debit order went through on the 20th as normal. The loan account has been closed, so I'm not sure where the money has gone to. I'm not paying any fees because they have not done what I asked of them. I have been closing all my accounts with them because of this kind of conduct by them. I don't know why they charge a management fee when clearly they not managing my account correctly.
