Credit card billed for internet banking

It is with a bit of shock when I looked at my monthly fees for my Platinum credit card which I have had a number of years now with ABSA. Firstly I noticed that I am now billed separately for my garage card, which used to be included in the price, at an additional R16 which is excessive as you already pay transaction fees on your petrol card! In addition your pricing brochure states that Internet banking is included in the monthly fee of the credit card, yet I got billed R31 for internet banking? I am advising ABSA that I will be closing this credit card due to the excessive fees and incorrect billing. In addition, as a customer who closed my ABSA cheque account 2 years ago, I intended to reopen my Platinum cheque account yesterday only to find the branch doors already locked at 3:30PM. How on earth can your trading hours be so short? Last year in December I applied online to reopen my cheque account and my application was never follow up by a consultant. Is there something I should read between the lines?
