I logged a complaint with standard bank on the 13th of December for double billing me on a debit transaction, the bank has not been able to assist me with my refund since and the institution does not even give any sort of feedback, when I call no one can give me any details on my claim, am even doubting that they are logging the claim on their system, or its their new way of trying to our money. am a student and don't even have the money they are trying so hard to rob me of.
