Mutual and Federal poor service

I have submitted a claim to Mutual and Federal Iwyze on the 16th September 2013. my claim has taken 4 months and now they have declined it based of assumptions.i have been prejudice and they are with holding information that i require. i have sent them email for things that i need to escalate this and nothing has been sent to me. i appeal to all people reading this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not insure with Iwyze Mutual and Federal.
