In 2008 I was given the bank details of CreditWorx to pay monies into for my Foschini Account. I settled (in fact overpaid) the account in 2010. CreditWorx have never paid this money over to Foschini as I have now found out via DMC that my account was now handed over to them for collection. First Creditworx denied that the bank account was their's. Eventually I got proof that it is. Now they want original payment proof before they will entertain refunding my money to me. This despite the fact that I have sent them an exert from my bank account showing, dates, times and amounts that was paid to them - with the reference number that CreditWorx supplied me with.
I find this unethical, devious and. I will be escalating this to the Debt Collector's Council as well.
You have 24hours to refund the full amount plus interest into my bank account failing which I will be taking legal action.
I need a Director to respond nto this complaint - not a standard vreply and a supervisor or line manager.
