Where is my money? Disgusting service

On the 18th of december I contacted FNB forex business division regarding funds that were credited to my CFC account that for some reason were not reflecting on my internet banking - after providing the reason for the funds transfer, the consultant assured me they would reflect in half an hour. I was due to fly to durban the next day and due to ill health I have not been in a position to follow up until now. The funds are still not reflecting but I am receiving statements on my CFC account that they are there. I contacted your department again and no one seems to know what is going on. I must now prove somehow that I have transferred funds electronically before so I was speaking to Refilwe and said please can you hold while I go back through my statements to check for the date I last made a transfer, while I was searching my statements I get cut off. I'm so sick of this disgusting service while FNB sits with my money and makes interest on it, really this is not acceptable, where is my money, why can't I access it and why are your call centre consultants so rude? I demand access to my funds with immediate effect!
