In the beginning of 2011 I took a contract with Virgin Mobile and when I received my first debit order I saw an additional R149 was deducted for Fonesure Md-236900, I then contacted Virgin Mobile and they (Virgin Mobile) told me to contact YOU (Fonesure) which I immediately did (because I NEVER authorised such debit order). The lady I spoke to told me to send an email stating that I wish to cancel my 'Insurance', which I did... till this day the 02/02/2013 I am still being debited R149!!! You can go check your emails AND I have not been with Virgin Mobile since the end of 2012!!!
This needs to be sorted out immediately, by the looks of it on Hellopeter I am definitely not the only UNHAPPY person!!
I expect to be refunded for this (almost 2 years worth of R149/month!!)
