Debit order amount

I called JDGroup and spoke to Gladys on the 26th of November to ask what my last debit order on my account will be. She told me it will be 1300 and something. I called again today (20/12/2013) and was told that my debit order will be a normal one of 1622 and that my balance is 1800 and something. I asked why and I was told of Life Cover, Goods cover, magazine cover (club cover), which I didn't receive any magazine. If you read the details you will realise that it is contradicting. Gladys gave mislead me by not telling me the whole thing and I believed that, my issue is why didn't she tell me that this will be 1800 and something after the 7th of December. I have budgeted my money and have set aside the debit order that was given. To me an apology is not enough because you guys are supposed to know what to tell the customer with regard to debit orders. With regard to a club magazine I need a refund back to my account because I didn't receive any club magazine, the refund must be back in mu account within 3 working days.
