I am an existing Miway client and called them today to claim for my windscreen. The claim was approved, she said to me I must pick a city in which I would like to get the windscreen repaired. I told her Johannesburg. I assumed that she was referring to the entire city of Johannesburg and not a specifc area in Johannesburg. I then asked her to if I could change to Sandton as its more convenient for me and she said no, as she had already send the SP( service provider) an authorisation number.
She said the people can come to my work, i told her that there might be security issues if they come here.She said the SP will call me and arrange. I was just asking if i can change to an SP in Sandton to avoid logistical issues as I live far.The lady who was assisting me was extremely rude and raising her voice at me and hung up the phone in my ear and we hadnt finished finalising the matter.
I have claimed at Miway before and never been spoken to such a manner. Your claims agents need treat us with respect. Even if you repeat something more than obnce to a client you still need to be respectful. I pay for your services so I will not be treated in such a manner!!
