To Whom it May Concern:

Since I have opened up my FNB Gold Cheque Account, my experience with the service of FNB has been poor.

o I had to make many calls and follow ups with your courier company to establish when my card will be delivered to me.
o The courier company gave me an incorrect delivery time, which led to me cancelling my appointments unnecessary,
o I have still not received my Ebucks card.
o My Online Banking is still not activated.
o My Cellphone Banking does not recognize my ATM Pin which was provided by FNB.

I tried switching my salary, however due to not receiving a single response from FNB, I done the whole process with my company myself.

Your adverts on radio got me excited to sign up with FNB as I feel I was been Beeped by my current Bank, However FNB seems to be worst then Beep Bank and listened to Steve from Beep Bank!!!

I wonder how long it will take for me to get feedback on this mail? since everything else from FNB is delayed?
