I am a medical doctor. After 23 years as a Standard Bank client, I am totally disgusted with their Internet and Elite Banking security. I have informed them about secure breaches within my internet Elite banking account by emailing the Internet Banking division, the Elite banking division, visted the Colesberg branch physically and talked to the manager and after 4 months (since July 2013) their only response has been an email by Deon Rosenberg. He was very polite, but NOTHING positive unfortunately happened. There continues to exist a serious security breach within my bank account, of which Standard Bank has been made aware. RICA verified details of mine are changed within Standard bank! I am contacting the banking ombudsman as well.
