Got car back after TC p/beaters were "finished" Complained about a noise on suspension that wasn't there previously. TC told me it's wear and tear, but prior to accident there were no noise. Phoned assessor (Conrad Vermaak) many times, spoke to numerous Budget consultants, logged a complaint with your complaints dept. REF:1110251175, 17 Sept, spoke to Teboho, spoke to Noma previously. Premium went up, and although my car looks good again, it does NOT sound good. I suggested the assessor to take it for a test drive, but I was told to take my car back to TC panelbeaters in Wineburg. I live and work in Pretoria, I CANNOT take off from work, just to sit at TC again for a whole day. My suggestion would be to take (or get my car collected) to someone else (HONDA?) to do an assessment as to what the problem might be. Sounds like the wheels on the side of impact are going to come off. Should I rather get the ombudsman to find a solution? Never had a problem with Budget, they were good to me when my previous car got. So, what's happening now? Why is the official "complaints dept" not solving my problem? It's not going to go away on it's own if you just ignore my complaint.
