Absolutely Terrible Communication

I am absolutely appalled at Nedbank Lakeside Mall's service. I applied for a bond on the 16 October, at first i had to complete 3 different applications because Petunia didn't know which one was the correct one, this took a week nearly to sort out. eventually we got an approval. we signed the quote Nedbank sent us on 26.10.2013. on the 28.10.2013 i asked Petunia to find out how long the transfer of the funds take, on the 31st I had to e-mail Petunia to find out if she had my answer yet, no reply, on the 31st i had to mail again, 3 DAYS LATER and no response. only to find out she was on course for 3 days, surely she should've handed this to Sagren to deal with as this is not our first complaint! Petunia had been on course before and we had to wait for nothing to happen while she was on course, no communication whatsoever!!! I spoke to Bongani who said the branch manager would call on the 01.11.2013, no phone call!!! I have still not received a reply from Petunia for my e-mail sent on the 31.10.2013. I cannot get a simple reply to tell me what the next step is! furthermore i signed the quote on the 26.10.2013 and the attorneys have still not been instructed. this is terrible service.
