I have bought electricity from my local shop and got 268 units for my R350.00 and yesterday i bought R350.00 from fnb and got 202 units for my R350.00. 66 units less than what i would usually get. why is this happening? Is FNB charging for this service now? If so then they need to be transparent and not try to fool their customers. Eskom already pays FNB for the services they deliver, why sre they still taking from their customers. I am battling already as it is and dont need this really.
I Hope somebody at FNB can expalin what happned to my other units.
