In August I was sitting with my Senior and other colleagues at work when I started receiving sms notifications of withdrawals on my account. I did everything that was needed, phoned in cancelled my card and even went into the branch to report it.
I after a while received a letter stating that that the money was drawn by me using the card and the pin number and basically they can not help me.
I think this is disgusting and totally unacceptable the way I am being treated after being with absa bank since I was a teenager.
