01/10/2013 I receive a call, this guy is updating my policy details, he did not advise me that my insurance comp has now merged with them neither has he informed me that my account will be debited. This morning I notice the debit off my account and start calling, Geneviewe Van Rooyen at A&G (agent) has assisted me and explained re the merge etc, thank you Genenviewe -I requested my money back today as my account was debited WITHOUT PERMISSION/AUTHORITY she then referred me to Sarel Kies @ 011-715-7930. Please may I request that you put him doing the admin and not answering calls ever as he has no telephone ethics at all. While I am talking requesting my money back he drops the phone in my ear, is that not just rude? I never swore, I wasnt rude but instead adamant that I wanted my money today. I request the call to be retrieved and listened to with feedback on how agents/workers like Sarel Kies get to work with us clients. HOW? I request to cancel the insurance, I was not advised about the merge, changes or that my account will be debited. As you debited WITHOUT PERMISION kindly credit in the same way.
