FNB COSTS ME THOUSANDS IN BANK CHARGES

I have a serious problem on my account and NOVODY IS ASSISTING ME!!!
And it is costing me money,
And affecting the status of my account.
AFRICAN Bank out through debit orders at any time on my account.
On the 20th on the 24th... and all those debit order reversals are costing money.
I have sent in repeated correspondence to only jhave me debited on the first,
But my requests to premium banking
Go unattended and every month the same problem occurs.
WHAT THE DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS SORTED?
What is the point of having premier banking, when my account is in a total mess, all because premier banking does not implement my requests.
I have lost my patience and my sense of humour.
Let me make this clear I EXPECT TO BE REFUNDED ALL THE R110 'S THAT HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 20TH OF SEPTEMBER.

And I hereby for the umpteenth time request that in give no authority for african bank to deduct anything off my bank account.

I have had it with FNB, they promise you the world and then can follow a single instruction.

I expect it to be refunded immediately.

I am in the media industry and will go the press with this complaint.
Cos the bigger fhb gets, the worse
