I purchased a Nedbank PocketPos a few days ago, I was promised it would be delived within 4 days, but this did hot happen. I had to go fetch it myself on Monday, 23 September and it has not been working ever since. I have made several calls to Nedbank call center, and from what I have gathered this people don't even know his the PocketPos is suppose to work. They could not even give me step by step process on how to operate the Pocket Pos. As that was not bad enough, I called their technician and explain the process but they still can not get it to work. I am losing business everyday as my customers prefers to pay by cards. Ramzy.
