Dec 26th wallet and cards, purchases made using cards with PIN, SBK refuses to take responsibility as PIN was used, PIN never written down but that is what the system says so that is final. 9 months later we get a message saying we have not logged onto cell phone banking. Never registered for cellphone banking so check the date and its the 26th December. ANOTHER pin was required as this was on a different bank card. Completely different pin but the guessed this one too?

Ucount rewards, still no card delivered after a few months, after first few purchases still no rewards reflecting and we ask SBK can we use British airways card for fuel they say yes. next month still no rewards, then get told we cant earn avios and ucount rewards, so 2 months wasted filling with caltex. SBK couldnt care.

All account to be moved from SBK, including a share trading account that was actively trading more than R10k a month in brokerage for SBK, luckily we moved the active trading away from SBK after the last complaint.

SBK time to wake up we lost R15k from, you lose over R150k a year from trading activity.

SBK was also meant to do our wil till we realised they never disclosed fee
