My policy with Auto and General was up for its annual review in September 2013. Upon receiving the letter from A&G I contacted their call center to request a further review. I was attended to by Mandla Mkhatshwa, and he was incredibly helpful and efficient in looking though my policy and making recommendations with regard to the different apects. Not only did he save me money on my premium, but he also updated relevant cover for various home contents and other items and generally provided excellent care and service to me.
