I was involved in an accident and had to claim from my insurer which most people dread. I called outsurance whilst still at the accident scene and they registered my claim as quickly and efficiently as possible. First thing the next morning I received a hire car as promised. The day after that I received the assessors report and confirmation that repairs had been authorised to the vehicle. I have just received confirmation that the car will be ready by Friday as promised too.
