I Grant Cilliers claim no.2320930 are still awating for someone to replace my cracked toilet sistren from Friday last week. Plumber came only out on Monday and took photos and I am still awaiting Absa to give me an answer. Every time I phone the consultants in Cape Town they are either busy or in a meeting and I leave my details every time and no one phones me back at all. I have a building insurance with Absa and I need the sistren replaced, because it is a fixture. I am scared to wait any longer, because if it is gonna burst and it will cause more damages. I am also considering to move my insurance elsewhere, because Absa insurance is so slow in resulting matters. Best of all is I got an sms saying the case has been finalised.
