I went to FNB in Chris Hanni around 09h45 to withdraw cash and there was a long que outside the bank and the security officer was the one contolling ques, everyone was queing in the same que, eventually I went inside to go to the tellers whereby I stood for more than 2 hours and there were only 2 tellers in the bank and everyone even those who needed bank statements were told to que in the tellers and it was on Saturday the 24th of August 2013. really we know that this days are busy days and we cant expect poor services in banks and I left the bank at 12h30 am not happy with the way they are conducting services.
