The 17-04-2013 at 20:30 it was raining and i was in an accident, the abs breaks locked. i contacted my Insurance the very next day and they were very helpful and quick over the phone but my complaint is that i have now waited 4 months for my car parts and i think that it is ridiculous that i'm having to drive around in a car that is unsafe and has no window... i really think that the parts are taking too long...
yes the insurance company have been phoning me every now and then to say "We are still waiting for parts to arrive" but really it is ridiculous that i have to wait so long, how much longer am i going to have to wait...
