Multiple attempts over the past 7 days to register for online banking. I keep getting the same answer (from the call centre after yet another unsuccessful attempt): try again later, we are not able not register online business accounts.
Why did I choose FNB for my business and why am I going to pay banking fees if I cannot use the account?
Very unsatisfied with this level of service.
How can you help? You can fix it today or close my account today so that I can bank with someone whose online service works. Interesting how this "fantastic" online service is used in all FNB's marketing.
This is all after horrendously poor service from FNB's courier company (CCD), I finally got my bank cards for my new business account after more than a week of calls (eventually I had to drive out to meet the courier, because they would not come to me at a time that I am in the office between 12:00 and 16:00 on a weekday).
