Bank refuses to contact me

I first lodged a complaint in November 2012 where the gentleman below responded only by sending me a copy of a summons that I was unaware of.

The bank was granted a judgement against me without my prior knowledge. Further to this, I was repaying the debt at the time of summons. I have been trying to resolve this matter, rescind the judgement as I was not in wilful default and wanting to engage with the bank in order to repay the outstanding debt.

After repeatedly trying to contact him again and trying to get the bank to engage with me in how to resolve this issue I have received no response.

I have also requested contact details of the person I should talk to in trying to resolve this issue but have not received a response either.

Standard Bank, I am wanting to resolve this issue. Please can someone contact me and assist.
