I logged a claim in December 2012. After having had to phone numerous times the claim was approved in February 2013. The excess was paid on the same day as the claim was approved. Both my husband and I have requested feedback on when the new iPad will be delivered, but nobody has gotten back to us. This claim has been in limbo for 7 months and we are paying for the iPad on a monthly basis.
FNB insurance has to settle the outstanding amount on my account or supply us with a new iPad please.
