Consultant that does not give what I ask fo

I visited the Nedbank branch yesterday, I went to activate my internet banking, cellphone banking aswel as my cheque account with them. My consultant was a lady called Simone Abrahams, she assisted me quite good, but after i was there for almost an hour my cheque account was activated and linked to my other accounts, but I am unable to transfer funds between my accounts and that was what I wanted to do in the first place, and I can't access my cellphone banking either because i am being requested a profile number which I reqeusted four times while being there but never did receive it. Thats is the worst service to receive from a bank ever. I am considering closing my accounts there and rather going to a different one which will give me the service I need and request at times.
