Great Responsive Service

I would like to compliment Moloi Moeketsi from Alexander Forbes for going the extra mile in helping me secure my insurance policy in order to collect my new car for the weekend.

I called in Friday the 26th of July 2013 at 2pm asking to add a vehicle to our current policy in order to collect my vehicle by 4:30pm.

I received an immediate friendly response from Moloi who understood the urgency of my request and processed the update in a very short space of time. Even when I was unhappy with the premium quoted, he came back to me shortly after our discussion with an amount that was more acceptable.

Moloi went the extra mile for me when there was trouble sending the confirmation of the policy through to the dealer. He remained focused and dedicated to achieving the goal of making sure I had my vehicle by the weekend and long after close of business on Friday, the confirmation was received at the dealer and I was able to drive off with my new vehicle.

I felt Moloi was committed through out the whole process and treated the request as if it was his own.
