On very short notice and in between back to back meetings, I had to get a quote on my new car, add it to my policy and I needed confirmation sent to the dealer in order to take delivery of the vehicle. Tracey immediately recognised that I needed fast efficient and effectice service at a good price for the new vehicle. In a nick of time she negotiated an unbeatable price, updated the policy and sent confirmation to the dealer. Even the dealer could not believe how fast all this was taken care of. To top it off, she sent me a message today to congratulate me on my new car!
