Paying for Nedbanks Systems Errors

On reviewing my Credit Card statement I see that I have 3 transactions on the 11th of May that have been duplicated by three separate merchants.

Phoned Nebank Call centre and spoke to the call centre agent, who then advised me to call each merchant to have the MERCHANT resolve the issue. Nedbank can do it on my behalf but I would need to lodge a Card dispute for which they will charge me R150 for each dispute AND that would take 45 days to resolve.

I spoke with Dene (accounts) from Mr Price in Atterbury and could not find any duplicate payments for that day and cannot help me. Now I need to take time off work to go to branch and lodge a dispute for each transaction, Clearly there was a systems error and now I have to pay for to have it resolved!! -- and wait 45 days. Think it time for me to switch as my blood pressure cant handle this. Call Ref on Nedbank : 62811285
