Money went missing between banks

I swiped by Gold Cheque Card at a shop for R3 750.00 on a Friday, the Monday I went back to the shop and they did a reverse payment for the same amount. The shop banks with ABSA, I phoned ABSA Bank and they confirmed that the monies left the ABSA account 12 hours after they did the reversal payment. Since the reversal 3 working days later the money is still not showing in my FNB account. FNB has no clue of where my money could be. They keep on referring me back to the shop, although I have given them all the proof that the money were paid back to my account and still FNB can't help me! This is ridiculous and unacceptable!
